Nevada will be the 1st state to Play Online Poker!
The process of legalization of online gaming has advanced significantly in recent months in the United States of America, although it was thought that the 1st state in which americans could play poker online would be the Mississippi, this did not happened because the Committee of the Senate State of Mississippi rejected a proposal to legislate online poker.
The House Bill 1373, by Bobby Moak on February 20, was denied almost a month later and this time it is unknown whether Moak, or other members of the Senate will present new proposals on online poker, so the chance of Mississippi being the 1st U.S. state where you could play poker online has died!
However the state of Nevada where the law has been approved, will begin to approve the first gaming licenses in the autumn, and it will be the 1st state where you can play online poker legally in the U.S.
