Merge Gaming reopens to the U.S. this time?

We were told that Merge Gaming will then re-entering the U.S. on October 13th. Players located in the District of Columbia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Maryland, New York and Washington still will not be eligible to apply for a new account.
